September, for work you want finished by Memorial Day. Plan review, board approval and the build itself each take time. Starting in April means opening late. Do you handle the health department paperwork? We provide the close-out documentation for the work we did; the permit itself stays with the HOA. The permit holder is the association, not the contractor. We make the inspection straightforward rather than doing it for you. Can you quote several properties at once? Yes, and it is usually cheaper per property. Management companies with multiple pools get sequenced scheduling and portfolio pricing. How long does a community pool replaster take? Two to five weeks depending on surface area and whether tile and coping go with it. Chip-out, prep, plaster and a cure period are all sequential. Weather moves the schedule.
