[Get a Free Design Consultation](https://www.sunrisepoolsinc.com/contact?hsLang=en) [See repair services →](https://www.sunrisepoolsinc.com/pool-repair?hsLang=en) ## What a visit includes ### Every week - **Chemistry.** Tested and adjusted — chlorine, pH, alkalinity, stabiliser, salt where applicable. - **Physical clean.** Skim, brush, vacuum as needed, baskets emptied. - **Equipment check.** Pressure, flow, and a look at the pad for anything starting to go. - **Written report.** Readings and observations, left every visit. ### What is separate - **Repairs.** Quoted before anything is done, never added to an invoice unannounced. - **Chemicals beyond normal.** A recovery after a storm or an algae bloom is billed separately. - **Opening and closing.** Seasonal service is priced per visit. - **Filter cleans.** Quarterly for cartridge, as needed for DE and sand. How it works ## Getting on the schedule 1. 01 ### First visit & baseline Full water panel, equipment survey, and an honest note on anything already failing. 2. 02 ### Bring it to spec Chemistry corrected and the pool brought to a stable baseline. 3. 03 ### Weekly route Same day each week, written report every visit. 4. 04 ### Seasonal work Filter cleans, openings and closings scheduled around the route. Pricing ## What weekly service costs Monthly pricing for our four-county home market. Most residential pools here run $160 to $340 a month. Size, salt versus chlorine, and tree cover account for most of the difference. We quote after seeing the pool, not over the phone. Do you service pools you did not build? Yes — most of our service route is pools built by other companies. The first visit includes an honest assessment of what we find, including anything the original builder did well. What happens if something breaks? We quote it before doing anything. Nothing gets added to an invoice without your approval. Because we see the pool weekly, most failures get caught while they are still small. Do you service year-round? Yes. Coastal NC pools run most of the year, and the ones that close still need winter checks. Year-round service is cheaper than seasonal plus a spring recovery, in our experience.
