This site is operated by Sunrise Pools Inc., a licensed swimming pool contractor based in Hampstead, North Carolina. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page and on our contact page.

• Information you give us. When you submit a quote request or contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, the town your project is in, and anything you write in the message field.
• Information collected automatically. Our website runs on HubSpot, which sets cookies and records standard analytics — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring site, browser and device type.
• Information from phone and email. If you call or email us, we keep a record of that correspondence so we can follow up on your project.

• To respond to quote requests and schedule site visits.
• To prepare and send written estimates.
• To service, warranty and support work we have completed.
• To understand which pages of this site are useful, so we can improve them.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as far as they need it:

• HubSpot — our website host and customer records system.
• Subcontractors and suppliers — where a specific job requires it, limited to what that job needs.
• Where the law requires it — for example in response to a lawful request.

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Ours are used to keep the site working correctly and to measure how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work properly if you do.

We keep quote requests and project records for as long as we may need them for warranty, service history or legal purposes. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.

• Marketing email. Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not stop us replying about an active project.
• Access and deletion. Email or call us and we will tell you what we hold and delete what we can.
• Do Not Track. Browsers send this signal inconsistently and there is no agreed standard for responding to it, so this site does not respond to it.

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy we will update the date below. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
